By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Service.
2. Use of Our Service
Framecast AI provides an AI-powered headshot generation platform that allows users to upload photos and generate professional-quality headshots. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
3. Account and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to update it as needed. Framecast AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Payment and Credits
Access to certain features of our Service requires the purchase of credits. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We use Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay for payment processing, and we do not store your payment card information.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data, including uploaded photos and generated headshots, as necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@jerrizz.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Service may integrate with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Astria for AI processing, Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framecast AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
