- Quality Issues: If the generated headshots are not representative of the uploaded photos (e.g., completely different faces, severe distortions), a partial or full refund may be offered.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double billing or wrong amount), we will issue a correction or refund.
2. Refund Timeframe
